Lease-linked access without oversharing
Tenants should see their home, their lease and the files you chose — not the rest of the portfolio.
The slice that belongs to them
A tenant portal is not a second landlord app. It is the current unit, the active lease, invoices, shared files, and a way to report an issue.
Invite after the record is true
Do not invite someone into an empty room. Add the person, attach the lease, share the files you would hand over in person, then send the invite.
Oversharing is a product bug
If a tenant can see another unit’s invoice or a building-wide insurance binder you never meant to send, that is not a power feature. It is a leak. Scope is the feature.
