A tenant portal that stays quiet
A good tenant portal is not a social feed. It is a desk: current home, current lease, invoices, documents, and a place to send a request.
That is the bar for NT Admin. The landlord workspace is the full record. The tenant view is the slice that belongs to them.
What tenants should see
- Which unit they live in
- The active lease
- Invoices and receipts
- Files the landlord has shared
- A way to ask for help without hunting for a phone number
What they should not see: every other tenant, every meter on the block, or a dashboard designed for an owner.
Invite, then step back
Landlords add a person, create a lease, and invite them in. After that, the portal should answer the obvious questions without a message. When something is missing, a request is enough.
If you are a tenant and you already have an invite, open the app and sign in. The wiki has a short getting started page.
