Getting started for tenants
The tenant portal is a quiet view of your current home. It is not a second social app.
How you get in
Your landlord invites you. Open rent.databoardapp.com and sign in with the email they used. If you expected an invite and do not have one, write to them — this marketing site cannot reset access.
What you should see
- Current home — the unit on your lease
- Current lease — the period and the people on it
- Invoices — rent and other charges, plus receipts when they exist
- Documents — files your landlord has shared
- Requests — a short message when something needs attention
If a screen is empty, it usually means the landlord has not added that record yet.
Paying and asking
Pay the way your lease already says (bank transfer, etc.). The portal shows what is due; it does not replace your bank. When a charge looks wrong, or something in the unit needs work, send a request from the portal so it lands in one place.
Language
The live app is multilingual. This marketing site is too. Use whichever language the app offers after you sign in.
