Operations in one calm view

Move repairs from reported to resolved.

  • Tenant reports land on the same record as the unit
  • Assign a vendor without losing the original context
  • Close the loop when the work is actually done

Documents with context

Keep every file linked, versioned and controlled.

Leases, insurance and house files sit on the property they belong to, with access that stays scoped.

  • Owner-only and tenant-shared files stay distinct
  • Version history instead of another renamed PDF
  • Open the file from the lease, invoice or repair it belongs to

A clear pilot before a big commitment

Test the full workflow with one real portfolio.

Four weeks. One portfolio. A checklist you can finish.

  • Import or enter the current properties, leases and loans
  • Run a month of rent, debt and repair records
  • Decide with a written success checklist — not a demo script

Questions before starting

Do I have to connect a bank?

No. Rent is manual-first. You record what happened so every number stays explainable. A bank feed is not required to run a pilot or the product.

Does this replace my accountant?

No. It keeps the operating record — rent, debt, invoices and files — in one place so you and your accountant are looking at the same facts.

What do tenants see?

Only the slice that belongs to them: their home, lease, invoices, shared files and a way to report an issue. They do not see the rest of the portfolio.

What happens after the four-week pilot?

You keep the record you entered. If the workflow fits, continue in the live app. If it does not, you leave with a clearer file than a spreadsheet trail.
