Add the person, attach the lease, then send the invite — not the other way around.

Order of operations
- Add the person.
- Create the lease on the unit.
- Share the files they should see.
- Send the invite from the app.
The portal is a slice
They will see their home, lease, invoices, shared files and a way to report an issue. They will not see the rest of the portfolio.
Invites are sent from rent.databoardapp.com.
