Open a maintenance request on the unit, with the original report still attached.

Create the request on the unit the tenant lives in. Status starts as New.
Keep the first sentence
If the tenant wrote “kitchen tap drip”, keep those words. You can add a vendor note later.
Tenants can also report an issue from the portal.
