Order of operations

1. Add the person.
2. Create the lease on the unit.
3. Share the files they should see.
4. Send the invite from the app.

The portal is a slice

They will see their home, lease, invoices, shared files and a way to report an issue. They will not see the rest of the portfolio.

Invites are sent from rent.databoardapp.com.
