One pass
Open the portfolio. Each unit should show whether a lease is current, ending, or absent.
Vacant is a status
An empty unit is not a missing record. Mark it vacant so the weekly pass does not treat it as an error.
Ending soon
If a lease end date is near, that is the cue to start a renewal — not a reminder on a paper calendar.
