What is NT Admin?
NT Admin (also called Rent) is rental administration for landlords plus a tenant portal. It is a separate product from Data Board.
Where is the live app?
The product app and login are at rent.databoardapp.com. This site is marketing at rentals.databoardapp.com (blog and wiki). It does not host your data.
Is there a price list?
Not yet. See the pricing stub. Open the app if you already have access.
Can tenants use it without a landlord account?
No. A landlord adds the person, creates a lease, and sends an invite.
What records does it hold?
Properties and units, tenants, leases, invoices and payments, meters and readings, documents, and tenant requests. Exact screens evolve in the app — treat the wiki as orientation, not a spec.
Do you store payment cards?
The product tracks invoices and payment status. How you actually pay is still between you, your bank, and your lease.
Which languages?
This marketing site is multilingual. The live app already speaks more than one language. Product copy in the app wins over this wiki if they ever disagree.
Is this the same login as Data Board?
No. Different product, different app, different host.
Who do I contact?
Use the in-app request if you are a tenant. Landlords can start from About. A public inbox will land here when it is ready.
Will this site get its own domain?
The public marketing hostname is rentals.databoardapp.com. DNS will be attached later. The product app stays on rent.databoardapp.com.
